I was assisted by Eddess upon buying this purchase at best buy in Dublin. This Laptop has given me exceptional ease. Its compatibility to multitask, smooth window and tabs transition and touch screen. It is super helpful for my productivity. I enjoy the backlit keys feature, 3 secure passcode setup, 1TB SSD storage, i7 intel core processor. The Platinum silver durability and of course the Copilot. Works great for business needs! Cons -Making a new account with Microsoft only has trial periods and may cost. Took me a full day to get everything setup -May not be suitable for a first time computer user. -Battery life depends on the usage of the computer. 1 full charge would last me about half a day. 6:30am -12:30pm

I really enjoy the laptop, gorgeous in design as well as excellent office work performance! I use it everyday at work on addition to my work PCs! The sales rep helped me make the decision on purchasing this PC and I could not be happier. It's fast, sleek, and powerful. Only issue is I'm a larger man, and I do wish the laptop was wider for my big meaty claws for hands (particularly taking about the lack of a number pad on the far right of the key board.) Other than that, it's an excellent PC.

Amazing laptop(Dell - Inspiron 14.0" 2-in-1 Touch Laptop - 13th Gen Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Platinum Silver) and I have enjoyed the laptop so far. I use it everyday to do some video and photo editing, It is fast and working super well. I love that I am able to fold the screen back and use it like a tablet and the touch screen feature is next level. This is exactly what I wanted. It is so fast and more memory and storage than you can shake a stick at.

1. Comparatively light weight than older Dell laptops 2. Quick startup (Fingerprint sensor) and fast shutdown makes it easy for frequent use. 3. Battery performance is commendable. 4. It doesn't heat up during normal usage. 5. The best thig about this laptop is its sturdy HINGE. 6. Touch is flawless but would have been better if it comes with a stylus along as a package. 7. Works super well. I've had it for a few years now and it runs exceptionally. It handles several applications at once well, and I have streamed on Twitch and Tiktok without many issues. Its also perfect for getting work done, Zoom calls, Taxes, and a lot of other things. The keys still work super well, it charges quickly and has a decent battery life.

After using for 1.5 years, the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 14" continues to be a great laptop for productivity and daily use. It's fast, versatile, and reliable, with only minor issues like fan noise and heating under load. If you need a solid 2-in-1 laptop with strong performance, this is definitely a good choice!

A solid laptop I think if I could I would give 4.5 starts but I guess 5 was the best option. However I am confused on why the are USB-C ports. One other thing I've encountered is that its SD port is somewhat unreliable, but it works sometimes. The battery life is good, nice and powerful CPU, ram is also great and very useful. I also like the 1TB SDD, helps it work faster and is much less prone to mechanical damage like in HDD.

Excellent laptop that has everything I wanted (fast processor and 1TB SSD drive. Very fast and easy to set up. Extremely fast wifi too. No problems with anything (hardware or software). Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

I've had this machine for a couple of weeks and id like to say its totally worth the purchase its portable ,powerful and has a good battery life per charge .Also handles demanding programs and applications like a boss the big processor definitely plays a role . Pros: Extraordinary performance, Clear Sound quality, Unmatchable speed. Got a discount of 150 bucks and it was a good deal even i would have 1500 bucks extra to get this high end touch sctlreen laptop. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased this Dell laptop during a sales event around Christmas time. I was very happy with the price. I needed a new laptop to replace my 7-year-old HP. The difference between my old HP and this Dell is like day and night - speed, clarity of screen, keyboard, touchpad - it's all wonderful. Makes working more fun! Just the increase in speed, of opening and using various programs, will SAVE me a lot of time, thereby increasing my productivity, and creating a fairly short payback for this investment. Also, I hit a snag with trying to deactivate the OneDrive program (which comes automatically with Windows 11 Microsoft software). I tried to do it myself and couldn't, so I brought it into Best Buy and the Geek Squad deactivated it in about 20 minutes! Thank you Best Buy, again, for a great product at a great price .. AND wonderful customer service as well!! Pleasant people, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thanks!
