Bought this for use in automotive shop, it’s lightweight fast and cheap. Also not full of pre installed bloatware.

I've been working with this laptop for the past 7 months and it has been awesome. No issues once so ever. It loads really fast when turn on, the picture quality is terrific. The only bummer is the no use for the touch screen with a stylus pen. Other than that; the laptop works perfectly.

I love this computer from Dell. my first computer was Dell studio, which I had for last ten years with no major problems other than some software issues. This new laptop from Dell is touchscreen with keyboard.

This is an excellent laptop for home use. touch screen is responsive and easy to use. I connected it to two monitors using a Dell docking station. The battery life is excellent.

Does what I need it to do. Updated to Windows 11. No problem at all.

Product is good as per price. Product bulilt plastic but looks good. The only thing this is the lack of backlit light of keyboard. Otherwise its fine.

Bought this computer for my wife and she hasn't had any problems with it. I gotta be honest I kinda wish my laptop had the touchscreen capabilities this one has, haha.

After having an HP for so long, I was a little skeptical about switching to another brand and so far im very satisfied with its capabilities and performance.

Needed to replace my laptop. The experience from start to finish was superb! I was asked what I needed and was sold just that. Nothing less, nothing more. Transferring my data was done swiftly even wirh the dead laptap I brought in. This was an excellent experience.

This is my third computer in 9 months. Trying to find the right one (computer) is not easy; finding this Dell i think i hit pay dirt. Anyway, it works nicely, its fast, light weight, its a toich screen (a must have) and for viewing videos great resolution. It has not optical drive but not a problem, i have an external drve; also, a Dell, also picked up at Best Buy good price $35.00. Ive only had the computer 3 weeks but for now im pleased with it and the price was just right under $400.00. With pictures it great very clear and bright and for gaming nice too. So if your looking for a laptop that is not over priced and does the job, this is it.

I just bought this laptop and by far the quality of the display and speed is really nice and is good for people who are just trying to get basic things done
