If particular Office version supports Windows 10 then it will work on the Laptop. The RAM is soldered onto the board and cannot be upgraded.

The pen sets it in a class of its own.
First let me get the bad stuff out of the way. I had to get this system replaced soon after I bought it due to a defective speaker that distorted everything. So apparently based on my experience the other reviews I read before getting this system may be true: build quality issues. I also have a couple of pet peeves with this system. Things that aren't big enough of a deal to detract rating stars, and they may to subjective. First, I would've preferred having an extra USB-A, or maybe USB-C in the steed of the Full HDMI this laptop includes. Preferably both an extra USB-A AND C. I just don't think the Full HDMI will ever see any use from me. I also question the choice of media keys(the keys that sit "above" the function keys). Why is there a dedicated button for projecting the display? Rather, why would they sacrifice the skip/seek media keys for it, and then leave the F9 key with no media key above it? It's empty! Why would you do that? It's weird if you ask me. There's also the usual assortment of bloatware on this system; just uninstall it. Again, this is subjective. Other buyers might love the fact there's Full HDMI, a dedicated projection button, and bloatware. (Okay, scratch that last one, nobody in their right mind should like bloatware.) Now onto the good stuff. I just moved, so right now my main desktop gaming rig/workstation isn't available to me. Being a student I needed a good computer to work on. I wanted a system with enough power inside to multitask, and run intensive applications; but also not directly compete with my main PC once it arrives. I also wanted a thin-and-light flexible system that could easily move with me. This system excels at both. It's also a 2-in-1, so it's very flexible in how you use it, and comes with a touchscreen...but this 2-in-1 trait is further extended by what I'll bring up in the next paragraph... Now, I from time to time draw abstracts for fun, smith up some memes, and do other multimedia related tasks. I had previously for my desktop PC purchased a basic Wacom tablet to draw on the computer. But when I saw this laptop I knew it was the one. Using this laptop I can tell it truly is in a class of its own. You might not know unless you look at the pictures or see it in person. This laptop not only comes with a pen, it comes with a easy access dedicated garage that keeps the pen magnetically in place when not in use, and charges it too. It's fantastic to use, and equally fantastic to not use; as it's out of the way and I know I can get to it at a moments notice. (Included in the pictures is an abstract I drew entirely using this computer. Feel free to use it as you like, it's in 4K(Assuming it uploads uncompressed, that is).) There are other areas where this laptop shines too. I was surprised at the price point that it comes with a high-quality 4K display. The trackpad perfectly meets my expectations for what any good laptop should have: spacious enough, supports gestures, it's good in my book. The construction of the laptop feels premium(Quality was set to good instead of excellent because of the inconvenience of the first unit needing to be replaced). Speakers, while not anything to write home about, are just fine for a laptop... But what makes or breaks any laptop, is the keyboard. I love this keyboard. I had to separate the keyboard into its own paragraph because it's so good. Now, previously what I had considered to be the best laptop keyboard was the trusty scissor switch MacBook keyboard. Not those garbage butterfly switch keyboards that Apple has thankfully trashed recently, no, I'm talking those crisp keyboards with just the right amount of travel distance. (I know, I know, Mechanical Keyboards are far superior, but I like my laptop keyboards too.) This laptop manages to top those keyboards by not only feeling just as crisp, but also having this...softness to it. Very nice feel when typing, it's my favorite by far. That's about all I have for this laptop, actually. Stellar system. I should also note that I think the value is great, but I in addition got this laptop on sale for $250 off; a steal if you ask me. One last thing to mention is, being a 2-in-1 laptop that can flip and become a tablet, you can also use the laptop in a portrait orientation; know, add to that the pen you can easily pull out from the back(pictured so you see how easy it would be do grab the pen out while in tablet mode) and boom: instant notepad(works especially well with OneNote or White Board).

light weight powerful computer with latest tech
I've been on a hunt for an ultralightweight powerful computer. I'm NOT a gamer, however, I'm a power user; multiple browser sessions with 20+ tabs each, I have multiple messaging apps open, I like to run virtual machines (VM). Good but lacks ports
Nice lightweight laptop. Wish it had more ports. One USB-C (which is used by the power adapter) and one USB-A is not enough. A second USB-C would have been nice. A 4K display is overkill for this size laptop. Have had the laptop for several months with no issues.
