Customer Ratings & Reviews

For a refurbished laptop, this is an excellent value. It handles everyday work tasks like email, Google Docs, spreadsheets, web browsing, and ordering without any noticeable issues. It's lightweight and portable, making it a great option for anyone who needs a reliable work or school laptop without buying new. Performance is responsive for normal daily use, and the battery life is reasonable. USB-C charging is a nice feature, although it can be picky about chargers and may display a "slow charging" warning when using a lower-powered adapter. It's obviously not designed for demanding gaming or heavy workloads, but for everyday productivity, browsing, and general use, it does exactly what it needs to do.

Did what we needed it to do - let a kid play casual games without a lot of bloatware
