Great way to buy a laptop in like-new condition!

The laptop is spotless and if I would not have guessed it was a refurb if you didn't tell me. Install was clean and free of bloatware. It was packed well, including charger and easy instructions to get started. I didn't need any tech support, but there is a dedicated line to call if you need help from the vendor. I would go this route again on my next laptop!

The laptop when it first arrived had a different color trackpad and the color of the computer was pealing. The second one they sent had a very loud fan noise. At this point I just wanted my money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
