I purchased a Joysystems refurbished Dell 7480 laptop thru Bestbuy in December 2023 and 4 months later I am still very happy with it. The core i7 makes it really fast and the keyboard lighting makes it great to work at night. No complications or issues so far. Thanks a lot.

Amazing laptop, thank you for making such an amazing laptop that is so user friendly. This is my first laptop from BestBuy and im already getting what i need out of it.

Dell Latitude 7480 is a very good laptop. It'e extremely light weight and has a great battery life lasting for an hour and half. This latitude laptop is one of the best for my business needs. The screen size is small to 14-inch. The Dell refurbished Laptop 7480 comes furnished with ALL current-generation hardware specs.

The spotless laptop was shipped in a special box and shrink wrapped. A sheet of fine paper was inserted between the screen and keyboard. It came with instructions, signed refurb document and charger. Out of the box it was 50% battery charge left. Their was evidence that the laptop was opened and cleaned. Without an ethernet cable, I started it and completed the W10 installation to create a local account. If you want create/use your MS Account, attach an ethernet cable during W10 installation. It's a nice, clean, refurbished portable laptop and it only had a single dead pixel. The laptop is designed for an office, not the outdoors. That does not mean I cannot use it to check on game cams and download pictures. The laptop uses a modified boot-up, with unneeded services and programs disabled, improving performance. The Dell Latitude 7480 supports Linux Mint (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS).

It's exactly what I needed. Very nimble. I used one at work, but with 32 gb of RAM. With 16 gb, this Dell is plenty adequate for the heavy web apps I use.

I just received this device today and so far it has been great. I was in good condition and fully charged right out of the box. The computer itself has a few minor signs of use, but the software is working like new.

Great laptop for kids to use for school and beginning online gaming. Great speed with no lag. Even being purchased refurbished it works great

I’m truly thrilled with this purchase. This was the first “spendy” laptop I’ve purchased and I couldn’t be happier. It had all the specs I needed at a respectable price point. It came packaged nicely in shrink wrap with a cushion between the screen and keyboard, and looked nice and clean. Delivery was fast, it came 3 days before it was expected. The setup was easy and the laptop is lightning fast!

Overall, the computer is very nice given that it is refurbished. I was a little disappointed in the battery life, but it still gets me through a workday without needing to recharge, so I am happy. The computer itself is fast, and it's lightweight so I can carry it around with ease.

Cpu is pretty solid. Have had a minor issue or two with speed/glitches. Also the charge port is loose. Not sure if its the charger or the charge port

Bought this powerhouse at about 50% of the new price. Only concern that I was receiving an error message upon Booting up. The service company told me how to resolve. Eventually it was fixed.

Bought it for work and for the price and specs found the computers best value

The first time I turned on the laptop, it immediately turned off. When I restarted the laptop, it turned off again. The next day it ran well. Each day after it turned off 3 to 6 times per day. The best thing about the laptop is that Best Buy allowed me to return it.

We needed a second device in a pinch for a weekend-long work event. This device checked all our boxes and performed excellently all weekend! It was a great price, too. And the screen is great - not all laptop screens are like that.

The unit has been in operation for 2 weeks, and so far no issues. The Latitude family is a decent series of laptops. Being refurbished if there arent any issues then I can say it was a good value.
