Fast delivery and great customer service! Ryan was attentive to my needs and was very kind, clear and concise with directions.

Hardware as advertised, PC works well. However, other issues: annoying, unwanted, unneeded software installed that popped up widows and very hard to get rid of; loose screws on case; old disc left in DVD drive; Many Microsoft annoyances, etc. etc. PC Mover from Microsoft did transfer from my old PC files and other things - but not a number of apps that I had to find and install on my own. Finally got thru those issues and seems to be where I wanted it to be now.

appeared to work fine until i tried to connect wifi..device did not come with wifi chip that it was supposed to have so the wifi didnt work.... after some other troubleshooting i ended up not even being able to power it on anymore.. trying to return it
