I strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this company or through Best Buy’s Marketplace. When the monitor arrived, it was missing the power cord and stand. Even more concerning, when the screen was rotated, the internal components visibly shifted from side to side inside the casing. After contacting STG, we initially received an apology and were told, “We will make this right.” However, the response quickly changed to placing responsibility on Best Buy and instructing us to take the monitor to a local store. We did exactly that. At the store, the representative told us, “You’re not the first person to have issues like this from Marketplace purchases. Our company is solid, but the Marketplace was rolled out too quickly without fully addressing all the potential issues.” Despite acknowledging the problem, they ultimately stated that the issue was with STG and that there was nothing they could do to help. The representative’s recommendation was to avoid purchasing from third-party sellers on Best Buy’s website. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with no accountability and no resolution. Buyer beware when purchasing from third-party Marketplace sellers

This Dell PC is fast and easy to use. I am using my wireless keyboard and mouse from Logitech because I like the layout but the keyboard and mouse shipped with the PC works just as well. I am using my Vizio monitor but the monitor shipped with the PC worked flawlessly. I did not hook up the soundbar since I really like the Logitech system I already have that has a great subwoofer.
