Problem-free delivery and setup

Was shipped ahead of schedule. Came with everything needed: wired keyboard, wired mouse, wifi adapter, and bluetooth adapter. Booted right up and runs smooth. Did not come with user manual but it is easy to download from Dell website.
I would recommend this to a friend

Horrible — DO NOT BUY from Best Buy

Horrible!!! Hard drive no longer worked after 3 weeks. Best Buy will not allow me to return it or exchange it. I will never purchase from Best Buy again.
