All in all a good system. Don't expect a great keyboard and mouse but they are functional. Also the USB WiFi isn't good. Constantly drops connection. I just ran a cable to address it.

No factory reset

The computer didn’t come with a factory reset and my elderly parents had to pay Geeksquad to clean it.
