Wonderful laptop, sleek look with best performance. Battery lasts long, light weight and works perfectly for my needs. Have a little trouble with keyboard and need a little time to get used to. Added laptop skin as im sensitive to the metal touch and it definitely steal the looks.

My Dell Plus 14" 2-in-1 Touchscreen Laptop is super powerful and easily portable. I truly appreciate that it's lightweight and slim which makes it easy to carry with me to work and school. I really like how it handles the processing, especially since I am usually almost always multitasking with many different applications and programs open all at one time. I don't think I've ever really had any issues with lag, other than a time where I was trying to stream a game remotely. Pros: -Processing power -Processing speed -Easily handles multitasking -Lightweight -Long lasting battery life -Fairly quiet -Efficient at cooling Cons- -Rubber feet on the bottom peeled of under a year (Dell support was absolutely no help and blames it on 'normal wear and tear' despite numerous complaints from others with the same issue) -Hinges that connect the keyboard and screen for the 2-in-1 feature is wobbly and unstable -Screen can be too dark for brighter environments, which makes it harder to see -Exterior scratches pretty easily Overall, this is a great laptop, minus the physical issues. I would still recommend, but proceed with slight caution.

It's so lovely and premium build quality. The battery life is so impressive. Dell's keyboard light and LED FHD+Touch screen and 2 in 1 are one of the most beautiful facts about this computer. It's make everything run fast and smooth.

Bought another laptop just a few months ago, but it was slow and had Adobe issues. Best Buy helped me switch to the Dell Plus Copilot, and I’m finally back to work. It’s fast, easy to carry, and the keyboard feels great! Productivity restored & loving this Laptop.

I really like this laptop it is great for business it runs super fast and even coming from a high-speed gaming laptop I feel that it's just as fast as far as business needs super happy with my purchase! The only thing I would say because I use multiple monitors if you're trying to connect four or more monitors it has a hard time due to the type C power outage output so it can easily handle three external monitors I mean I might need to have a better docking station but as far as it plugging into an extension HDMI it has trouble for four total external monitors also would like to note that the battery is extremely good last like 10 plus hours

For a few days, this laptop earned its price tag. The 32GB configuration is noticeably faster than the 16GB model, and the touchscreen is genuinely good — responsive, accurate, easy to use. Then it threw a USB device error, shut itself down, and never came back. No power light. No fan. No response to anything. A brand-new machine, completely dead. I'm an IT professional. I've worked on desktops, laptops, and servers for years, and I ran this through a full diagnostic pass — power adapters, outlets, hard resets, The symptoms point squarely at a motherboard or power-delivery failure. This isn't user error or a bad charger. It's a hardware defect that left the factory. In all my years handling hardware, I've never had a new laptop fail this fast and this completely. One unit dying isn't a pattern — but a total, no-signs-of-life failure inside the first week is exactly what quality control exists to catch. The design deserves better than the unit I received. Until reliability matches the spec sheet, I can't recommend it. I hope I can return it instead of an onsite fix.

I’m honestly disappointed with my experience with this Dell laptop. I purchased the laptop in May because the SSD in my main laptop was starting to fail. However, I didn’t actually start using the Dell until around mid-August. Since then, I have barely used it and have charged it maybe 8–10 times. To be fair, the laptop itself is great in terms of software and performance, and the battery life has been really good. Unfortunately, the hardware experience has been very disappointing. One day, I was simply closing the screen normally when I heard a strange sound, and the screen suddenly broke. When I inspected the laptop to understand what happened, I discovered that one of the screen hinges was completely frozen and would not move at all. It appears that the hinge mechanism failed and, as a result, put excessive pressure on the screen when I tried to close the laptop. I contacted Dell Support, and they instructed me to take the laptop to Best Buy. When I went to Best Buy, I was told that if they accepted the laptop, I could be charged for the repair and that they would consider it physical damage rather than a manufacturer defect. I showed them that the hinge itself was not functioning properly, but they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact Dell again. This is extremely frustrating. I understand that accidental physical damage is not normally covered, but this was not an accident. I was simply closing the laptop normally, and the hinge itself had apparently failed. The fact that the hinge does not move at all makes me question how this can reasonably be classified as user-caused physical damage. For a laptop that had barely been used and had only been charged around 8–10 times, I expected much better build quality and, more importantly, better support when something like this happens. The software, performance, and battery are good, but a laptop is only as reliable as its hardware. A hinge failing under normal use and subsequently breaking the display is a serious issue, and the customer support experience so far has made the situation even more disappointing. I hope Dell takes another look at this case and recognizes that a failed hinge should be investigated as a potential manufacturing/design defect rather than automatically being classified as physical damage.
