As is usually the case, you get what you pay for. Bought this refurbished because the cost was so much lower from a new one, but I’m regretting it a bit. There are thick stickers that are supposed to match the laptop on each side of the track pad, likely put there for aesthetic reasons, but the stickers are already starting to peel in some places and also there is a large bump under one of them and there was someone's hair stuck under the other one, that was really gross and sloppy work by whoever did it. As to its functionality, it seems the laptop overheats or gets overdone easily. It's pretty slow, and it needs frequent breaks. At least once a week it restarts itself randomly. This model is supposed to be good for work, but this refurbished unit prefers a life of leisure. If you are looking for an efficient business laptop, I highly recommend springing for the brand new option.
