This laptop has been an excellent value considering that it originally retailed for $2000. I was able to configure without issue and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Joy systems did a fantastic job refurbishing this product.

Computer arrived quickly and well packed. Great condition everything is working as it should. The battery test I performed was perfect. So far this refurbished laptop from Joy Systems has been a great value. It wasn't clear in the product description but the warranty card I received with the product says 1 year which was a surprise since most refurbished items are usually only 30-90 days. The computer did come with the incorrect watt charger. I contacted Joy Systems customer support and they sent me a new charger immediately. It was an easy and quick customer service interaction.

This is my first ever purchase from Best Buy, the computer arrived earlier then I expected which was nice suprise! I was worried about it being a refurbished laptop but everything came in and i’ve had no problems so far. Joy Systems provided clear instructions and overall everything went smoothly.

Laptop came clean and in great condition. I had a little hiccup when I was downloading windows 11, screen went to black and back for a second. But besides that comp is as advertised. I think i got a great deal for the price.

Do not buy. This computer lasted 3 months before showing the blue screen of death. And yes, virus protection was uploaded. 900 dollars down the drain.

Had this laptop for about a month now & am really enjoying it! Good quality, as described, high screen quality and resolution. So far I had a bit of trouble getting it working well with my external monitors because the resolution is SO good that it glitches on my monitors. Not too bad, I'm figuring it out. The battery life is a little low which is normal for refurbished products. Fast shipping too. Just a note that the texture of the surface (top and bottom) of the laptop can be an issue for people with sensory specificities (like me!) so I needed to get a case for it.

Really great computer. I purchased it to run Revit and CADs, and it runs really smooth. It was refurbished by JoySystems, and the computer is running like new. Highly recommend.

I have the Dell Precision 5530, refurbished Great Overall! Would recommend to anyone.
