Bought this for my 20 year old son who does a lot of graphic design and web browsing. These Dells are super fast and are super easy setup. They’re not preloaded with a ton of unnecessary programs. This is our second refurbished Dell tower from Best Buy. The first is still going strong after 3 years.

Purchased a refurbished Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF desktop (i5, 8GB RAM, 480 GB SSD). Set it up in minutes and am very pleased with the performance and the price. It was packaged securely and the machine was immaculate inside and out. Would def buy another refurb from this company. Very pleased.

I could not be happier. I was dreading the switch from Windows 7 to 10, but everything with this machine went without a hitch. It looks brand new and it was professionally packaged. There was no spam wear, add wear or other garbage software installed. I was able to install Office 2003 which pleases me greatly. Great machine, great price.

Great PC. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished computer, and I have to say, Im definitely impressed. Bought for my dad to update his machine from many years ago, and it is a night and day difference. Everything is super fast and easy to use!

I have had this machine for a little over a month and am nothing but satisfied. I use it solely for regular business purposes (Office, virtual login for work, etc.) and personal stuff like checking e-mail but I have had no issues thus far. It boots up fast, all the components work fine, and every add-on I've used with it has worked immediately.

Computer is working perfectly. Was in perfect shape no dings or scratches. My daughter is very pleased she can now play Minecraft Java. Would purchase again

I haven't NEEDED a computer in 4 years. I retired from 40 years of typing. This is perfect for my needs now. No gaming, no wild searching, just basic needs and searching. For me, it's a hit! I have to relearn the software it's all new to me again. But I like my new computer. I scored well with this one. Yeah!

Using the PC for internet access and bills. I already had a monitor so this was exactly what I needed. This has been a great upgrade and the PC is fast. Easy setup and had everything I needed to get going.

Purchased for a new office set up. Good value and worked great

I have been purchasing these units for years for our multi-office company of 150 employees. Occasionally there will be a random hard drive crash, but the value for the unit at this pricepoint is nothing short of awesome. I do wish it had an HDMI port and wifi connectivity, but those problems are easily resolved with the right cable and a Wifi dongle. I gave 4 stars for "ease-of-use" because of this. They come loaded with Win 10 Pro which has everything I need. They also don't come pre-loaded with bloatware which is a major positive. All-in-all, I will continue to buy these machines for the foreseeable future.

Very pleased with my new tower. It runs great!! I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice replacement tower.

Handles the demand of everyday office work really well. We run industry-specific programs and have no issues with this desktop lagging.

Needed to replace some 10 year old office PC's - needed a decent priced core-i5 that could run Windows 10 Pro with a 500GB SSD - this fit the bill - have purchased several of these - everyone has worked just fine!

I push my last Dell system to the brink and it just faded. I needed to get a computer system and my Geek Squad help me to select this refurbished Dell system and I am really enjoying the new journey of have what I feel is a new computer system. Dell produces a great product and Best Buy and the Geek Squad are good companies.

After much time trying to fix our old Desktop the Best buy tech advised us to buy another - we chose this refurbished Dell OptiPlex and it is doing very well.
