I purchased this in March 2019. There are so many things I don’t like about this laptop. The web cam at the bottom only provides what I call nose view because in order for people to actually see you, the laptop has to be elevated because the camera is in the wrong place. The boarders around the screen are so small, almost non-existent, that sometimes when I pick it up or go to close it I accidentally close all of my browser tabs. I had audio issues for almost a full year. Whenever I would plug in my ear buds, I would lose sound completely unless I reinstalled the drivers *every time* I made a chance between ear buds and computer speakers. I ended up taking the thing to the geek squad after the fan started crapping out and it was over heating. It took almost 5 weeks for them to determine that it needed to be replaced. Good riddance.

The laptop has a beautiful screen, good keyboard, a good value compared to similarly spec’d laptops from Apple. It runs a little hot when it’s been on a while, due to the small size, but I have no complaints overall.

Amazing laptoo. Very nice configuration and very fast. Can’t be more happy with this one. Small size but packes lot of punch.

Haven't had it for very long. Any issues are not due to the product. Getting used to the smaller size and windows 10. Mouse pad a little sensitive and I've adjusted it as far as it can go. I like how lightweight it is and that it also has a touch screen.

Love love love this laptop! I had a Surface, but running either Windows 8 or 10 on it was a joke! Hated it! So I bought this Dell XPS13 and it was a great decision. Nothing new to learn - it operates just like my desk top. I don't have to search for commands like on the Surface. It's tiny but super powerful and fast! I can take it everywhere with me.

This is very light and touch sensitive screen laptop, very nicely built

Great laptop! Bought it mainly to watch movies and for the touchscreen capability. Only issue i had was the touch pad was a bit sensitive and would click on things when i didn’t intend to. Easily resolved with a wireless mouse.

The laptop is nicely made and very light weight. However, it became very hot and noisy when it run at high performance.

The price is really high. Quality is good. Fingerprint access is what I like but it needs to improve the unlock speed.

Powerful, lightweight, high definition laptop. Like the color too.

Great computer, for home use. Unfortunately was a little pricey.

Bought this computer in April 2019 and used it daily for emails, spreadsheets. On the 13th month, just a month from the warranty expires, the laptop froze. Brought it into Best Buy and requires $500 to fix.

The Dell XPS has done a wonderful job so far. The price was reasonable for a great Dell product. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Needed a new laptop after my last one died out. I did a lot of research and chose this one and its been great. I only use for email, surfing the web, and watching an occassional movie.

The graphics, performance and functions are just great
