Because my old tower computer developed problems and was too slow, I looked for a good replacement. This Dell computer is perfect for my needs. I make both prints and greeting cards for sale. I love the speed with which this computer enables me to work most efficiently.

I got the last one available at Best Buy. They are completely sold out now. This thing is a beast! I am not a gamer at all, but I wanted something that would be future proof for a long time. I originally configured and ordered one of these straight from dell. However, I got tired of waiting for it to ship, and I saw this at best buy, and jumped on it. I had to drive an hr. to get to the location but it was worth it. This machine has an unlocked 12th gen i7 processor 12700k. My old computer was a 6th gen i7 6700. I don't do gaming or overclocking, but I think this i7 still has a little better specs than the regular 12th gen i7. This chip is blazing fast! I'm sure this pc is overkill for my needs, but what the heck, you only live once.

Fast machine and easy to setup. Plenty of ports. I chose the silver and white version. Looks good.

I RETURNED THE 1ST XPS I PURCHASED, BECAUSE IT KEPT TURNING OFF. I EXCHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER AND THIS ONE IS WORKING VERY WELL. IT IS SO MUCH FASTER THAN MY 12 YEAR OLD GATEWAY. I REALLY CAN'T COMPLAIN, BECAUSE IT DID SEERVE ME VERY WELL OVER THER YEARS. HOWEVER, IT IS GREAT TO HAVE A SPEEDY COMPUTER AGAIN.

The product came with a defective 1 TB hard-drive. The rear speaker audio output did not work. I had to take the unit 4 times before all the problems were rectified. The Best-Buy Geek Squad gave me a lot of run-around and did not recognize the audio-output problem the first two times.

Works great. I use this for my work from home office and browsing. No issues so far and it's been a couple years. I was able to connect my work laptop to this desktop. I appreciate the CD-rom disc slot, although I have not had to use it.

Purchased this computer to replace any older one. Love the memory and RAM. Also very fast chip. A great purchase.

The Dell Computer is fine... It is the salesman who was supposed to assist me find the connection between the computer and my monitor was the main problem.. He was not helpful at all and so obnoxious and condescending as if he knows everything about computers and peripherals.

I took a chance at buying this pc as there were no reviews and I am glad I bought this! Its an amazing computer, you cant go wrong on the specs! Very fast 12th Gen i7 and a 3060 ti gpu combo makes this great for gaming!! Highly recommend this computer!!

real good desktop. still getting use to it as I perform certain tasks.

I wished it had a 1tb ssd for both drives. Also CD to hold disc in place.
