Ok so I have it now for about 2 months. And gotta say overall pleased with unit...looks good makes good drip coffee and like that it comes with reusable filter and makes good espresso ...on complaint side the steamer for cappuccino is way too short and the beep to tell you when coffee is done is too low...overall for price def recommend!!

This combo coffee and espresso machine is great! As a daily coffee drinker I like that I can use one machine for multiple ways to make my coffee. There’s a little reading to make sure you’re using the right option but simple enough to understand and quick to get the hang of it. It’s not a huge piece so it’s easy to find a spot for it! I like that it’s black & stainless steel which matches all my other kitchen appliances! If you choose this product I hope you enjoy it!

Absolutely love this product, still have yet to try the expresso part (will be using soon) of the machine but the coffee machine is easy to use and our coffee tastes so much better. Also like the fact that you can set the time in military time. We have thoroughly enjoyed this coffee machine and have no complaints at all about it!

It is so beautiful, I love it so much! It looks great on my counter too! I am so excited to have it, and I will get a lot of use out of it for sure! I never thought I would ever have a foam/froth maker either. It is great, having 3 in 1! Feeling spoiled!

The frothed gets pretty messy. It splatters. The placement is not the best. Overall the coffee taste great it brews well. The frothed should have come with a frothing carafe. That may make a difference in the mess. Our did not have a carafe and they are not easy to find. One last improvement would be for this to have a built In coffee grinder. Then it would be a ten star product. Overall I like it.

The steam wand is good overall it could stay hotter for a bit longer

So far, I love this De'Longhi Coffee pot seems very well-built user friendly. Found that it will make a pot of coffee quicker than other brands I've tried. Also, the combination espresso cappuccino accessory. Especially on nights we might entertain some guests. The first time I tried this brand and so far, I would definitely recommend.

The DēLonghi COM53M has been an outstanding addition to our kitchen for both use and style! Whether it's our favorite ground roast, espresso with steamed cream or an espresso martini, it goes from "thought to sip" in a matter of minutes. And all for under $300!

I'm in love, it really is such a good product, it's easy to use, easy to clean and I love making coffee shots. I really recommend it, it has many uses and it's spectacular, a good investment.

It’s a good machine overall. A little on the noisy side when making espresso but it does what it’s supposed to do.

We are enjoying this appliance. Cheers for user friendliness. Jeers for coffee pot size. Would rather a 12 or more cup pot. But, overall completely pleased so far!

Not super fast at heating up, not great at switching to steam, and first one leaked. But, coffee tastes good. Price was right.

I bought this to surprise my wife for our aniversary she absolutely loves it and uses it atleast 2 times a day since I’ve brought it home. Thank you Best Buy for having excellent products like this.

I really enjoyed this caffe machine, we use it every day, very simple to use and fast!

Had an older version of this which steamed the milk. New one froths but doesn't steam. Handle on filter holder came unattached and won't properly resecure. It isn't broken, just came off when inlifted out and filter fell out and spilled grounds. Not nearly the quality of my old one which lasted about 10 years. Bought this one about 3 weeks ago. Disappointed. Going to call DeLonghi.
