We purchased a DeLonghi La Specialista Touch a while ago and use this regularly as the machine alerts to maintain high performance. We can notice slight water leakage from the brew head just before the cleaning is required and using the cleaner as prescribed immediately resolves the issue and has maintained good operation. We have used one full bottle and plan to continue as long as we keep the machine.

Never had problems with using the DeLonghi Eco Descaler. I've had my DeLonghi espresso machine for 8 years and it is still running great with regular descaler cleaning.
