I love it. Despite waiting a few months to get it, I think it was worth the wait. My experience making coffee has been all over the place, coming from a regular brewer and a pod machine, this one is a whole new level but I knew that beforehand. I love the machine is versatile enough to let you play with different settings to get the best espresso possible. The machine comes with an extensive guide on how to brew and what kinds of coffee beans you can get that would require different settings (amount of coffee, temperature, and grind level). It also has a preset menu for coffee beverages but I personally love to use the wand and try some latte art (work in progress)

I just wanted a good Solid espresso machine, built well. I went from $800 to $4,000, buying and returning, espresso machine’s. I got more than what I wanted with this piece. Solid, Simple and Beautiful aesthetically. A definite grab, with this particular model (Maestro), if you’re in the market for one

Beautiful machine, a piece of art in my kitchen, excellent quality extraction for espresso or coffee. Worth taking the time to go through the directions and bean-type reading materials to get the most out of the machine. Love the ability to choose to use the auto-frother or donit manually with the wand. The wand could be more flexible, but definitely not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend. Coming from owning several espresso machines.

This is a gorgeous machine & delightful to use. Why the 1 star? #1) it took about 3 months to arrive due to supply chain issues, and more importantly, #2) water leaked on our first use of it. We had GEEK protection, but they could not fix it & it could not be re-ordered because of supply chain issues. So, our only recourse was to either return it, or mail it back to the Delonghi manufacturers to fix it. We opted to return it because another fellow who was at Best Buy when we were making this decision shared that he had to return this same model three times due to different defects before he decided to buy a completely different espresso machine. Finally, to change the coffee beans, you need to vacuum out the beans from the hopper. Yep! Vacuum them out! For some people, this is not an issue. But for people like us, we like variety - sometimes decaf, sometimes French vanilla, sometimes other great beans. So this was a huge inconvenience that we had not read about in other reviews. We would have definitely put up with the inconvenience of vacuuming if the workmanship were better. So, all in all, despite it's beauty & enjoyable espresso making process, it's such a disappointment to say I wouldn't recommend it. (I've written many reviews & this is the only 1 star I've ever given a product.) I really wanted to love this machine & still think it looks gorgeous.

Been waiting 2.5 months for this and still haven’t got it. I will update when I receive it. But looking at online reviews seems like a good machine.

It was great the first week thought I did a good buy. But the second week steam kept coming out from the over flow. I wanted and wanted. I reset the machine and it finally work. But then it did it again. So did not want to keep spending time on this so i just took it back. If you going to spend the money then just get the real deal dont waste time on this.
