Good value for money, I like the easy and simple way to make the different kind of coffee, with the same quality or even better than coffee shops. Also, the auto mode for milk frothing makes the process much easier.

I purchased the La Specialista Touch in October and waited 3 months to write a review because I wanted to have sufficient experience with the machine. First, I research several machines and watched a number of online demonstrations and reviews before deciding on the De'Longhi model. I have had two fully automatics machines in the past (one a De'Longhi model) so this is my first "manual" machine. To say I am impressed is an understatement. The set up of the machine is amazingly easy, and the on-screen guidance walks you through everything. The Bean Adapt technology is amazing for helping you dial in your espresso, and once you're familiar with the machine, you can easily make manual adjustments. And there are plenty of adjustments and fine-tuning you can do! I used the same beans to brew a shot from this machine and my fully automatic, and the taste from this machine was incredibly superior. The brew temperature out of the box was perfect, and I had to make very few adjustments to get a perfect shot. This machine also makes excellent milk drinks--both dairy and non-dairy. The milk frothing system lets you choose between dairy and non-dairy milk, and you can adjust the temperature and froth level for the automatic steaming setting, or you can choose to manually steam the milk. I have used both and find the automatic system to be excellent. The system has a temperature wand next to the steaming wand to accurately measure the milk temperature, which is a nice feature. The cold extraction system is a super bonus. It takes about 5 minutes to make an iced coffee, and taste is really good. The extraction process is slower and over ice using cool water. I was skeptical that it would not taste watered down, but it is better than most iced coffee I have purchased at coffee shops. Cleaning and maintaining the machine is simple. It tells you when to descale, and I have already been through the process once. It took about 20 minutes, and the on-screen guidance made it quick and easy. Another added bonus is the water container. I can easily get through a couple of mornings if I forget to refresh the water without running out and having to refill. If I had to list one con, the bean container cannot be removed, so if you like to switch up your beans frequently, you must finish what is in the container before you can change to a different bean. This isn't a problem for me because I generally use the same couple of bean brands, and the container is not huge. Otherwise, this is a perfect machine, in my opinion. And you can't beat the three year warranty De'Longhi gives once the machine is registered.

Easy to assemble, good design touch screen and easily fit in small kitchen. efficient appliance to make espresso at home for coffee lovers. Cleaning and refilling is easy , overall it’s good choice and right investment for my kitchen!

Nice looking coffee machine. I like that it has step by step guide and a lot of options to choose from. For a beginner it takes a lot of mistakes to master the machine though. The thing I don’t like is that the grill where you put your mug for the extraction of the coffee scratches easily even if you are very careful since it is made of glossy stainless steel. Other than that, it makes a great coffee!

LOVE this machine. I did a lot of research and firmly believe we made the right choice. It has elevated my coffee experience and changed my enjoyment of great beans to the next level! So many different beverages you can make!

Id nirmally give ok and excellent reviews but i got to be honest with this one- 1. the steel is not a high quality steel, difficult to clean n wipe, easily gets stains. 2. The portafilter looks sturdy but its spring wire thatt holds the filters came loose after may be 40 cups in 2 months, reached out to the support … atleast 10 emails 6-8 calls that ends abruptly no solution. 3. The machine technically is really good but whats the point if i csnt get a part in warranty. Im a totsl tech member sonim hoing yo thtow this at delonghi yo fix it of replace entirely - i just wanted a portafilter part. Its only youch for coffee making rest every thing is manual, eg compressor is not spring based. If iou want yo doent $8-$900 then msy be look at brewille.

The delonghi machine is goated. Greatest coffee I have ever had. Super easy to use. It grinds the coffee right beforebrewing, the milk frother makes the coffe taste better than the famous coffee shops. The flavor reminds me of my trips to España and Italia!

It's an excellent machine, the size is great and confortable, the espresso are from another galaxy, simple to use and compact size. I've been using for almost 1 1/2 months and I've no regrets until now

Excellent espresso machine that balances automated features with a custom coffee experience. I have had great results with pulling consistent shots after dialing in beans, grind, and dose. Saving settings for frequently used beans is a great feature. DeLonghi seems to offer many of the features of competing brands at a great value. Other family members that don’t want to fuss are easily able to create their favorite morning espresso drinks from saved standard drink settings. A fantastic feature rich machine. I was pondering the Arte or Touch and glad I went with the touch.

The espresso machine has been a solid addition to my morning routine. It’s easy to use and makes quality espresso drinks. The build feels sturdy and it heats up quickly. Would recommend for anyone looking to make café-style drinks at home.

Gf loves it Cold brew part was slightly disappointing but everything else , which are the actual reasons I got it for her (double expresso, milk forther, etc work amazingly .. she’s stoped going anywhere to get made to order coffee ! Recommend

If you love Starbucks that you will love this save some money and get you one of these it makes the drinks you love at home and you save money in the process I make lattes and they have turned out great this machine walks you through the process!

I bought this for my wife. She always wanted an espresso maker for the house. I've tried the Nesspresso for her and it worked for awhile but eventually it just wasn't good enough. Plus buying the pods is a waste. Now we buy a bag of beans and make Espresso quickly everyday. She absolutely LOVES this thing. I do to actually. We used to make drip coffee every day and we haven't used it in several months now.

Love this machine! It is very easy to use. The grind function easily walks you through the different types of beans. Really simple to get the correct amount of grind. Instructions are straightforward and easy to follow.
