I've tried to put the replacement battery in and it does not fit

at first i had some difficulty snapping it into my hp laptop. i eventually got it in and it charged up just fine and has been doing its job for several months. we'll see how long it lasts.

Battery didn’t fit my laptop. Apparently the manufacturer no longer supports the model laptop I have. Good customer service from the Best Buy crew at Polaris, though. They were very helpful.

This did not fit my computer! I had ordered a battery to fit my HP Laptop and this battery was delivered expeditiously but it was not compatible with my laptop.

My wife's laptop needed a new battery. I ordered this one and it worked out great for her laptop.Rather get a battery than buy a new laptop for now. So far so good. Highly recommend buying this battery instead of buying a new computer.

The person on the chat was friendly and helpful and linked me to a replacement battery for my laptop. The item came promptly. But it was the wrong battery, even though I gave the person on chat the original part number. I successfully returned the part and received my refund.

I was highly confused when I ordered my laptop battery. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't clicking in all the way. So I took it all back to Best Buy including my laptop, hoping I would get someone help of an explanation. Someone came at curbside and took my the battery and my laptop into the geek squad where they tried to FORCE the battery in! They got it to work and turn on, but my laptop wouldn't fully open and then the part that rotates were splitting open! I immediately turned off my laptop and when I took the battery out, the only side that was clipped in broke! I'm grateful it was the crappy battery and not my laptop because I have pictures I can't get back of love ones who passed.

nice budget friendly battery for laptop. Ordered online for store pickup, curbside.

DO NOT BUY!!!! DOES NOT FIT.!!! Looks the same but plastic shell is 1/8 inch off to the right . I will never buy a DENAQ product again. . ever... never again. I used original battery number to cross over to DENAQ NUMBER MATCHED UP PICTURE. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY DOES NOT FIT. VERY UNHAPPY.

Works well with my laptop. Was 97% charged when it got to me which was about 3 hours, because I used my laptop heavily. Charges fast and well too. I have not had any issues with the battery since I got it. Delivery was right on time. And the value is good for the money paid. Thank you

Looked like a good product but I guess the issue was that this wasn't the right replacement for my laptop. Seemed very similar though. So got it refunded.

Seemed like a fine battery, but the salesperson that helped me at the store was incorrect in recommending it- did not fit my laptop.

I ordered and receive my battery in August and today it is not working

The Battery is want we needed and it was perfect and I will order another one when needed.
