I lost the charger to my HP laptop computer. My laptop is purple and about 4-5 years old. I decided to purchase this one because it was a very affordable option compared to the other, more expensive options. It fit perfectly and for the price it charged my laptop very quickly! I was very surprised how quickly it charged because I had not used the laptop in a while and was expecting it to take a lot longer to recharge. Thank you once again Best Buy for your friendly, in-store support staff; great website and assistance; and fast shipping. My family will continue to shop with you for all of our electronic needs.

it works very good it is better then the other one i had purchased from u and the tip broke this was half the price and it works great it fits better then the other one

I was so glad that the charger I bought with (my fingers crossed) totally fit perfectly my years old 10th Generation, 17th inch HP laptop! I teach a college class various semesters as an Adjunct Professor and misplaced the previous charger I was using this semester. Without the Bestbuy charger all my Powerpoint lectures, exams for my class would not have been accessibl in th nick of im as I needed. Way to go Best Buy!

Needed an additional C-Port charger for my ZBook laptop. This did not disappoint! Nicely packed and fits perfectly.

Gets hot really fast but does the job when it comes to charging. Being that I cannot get a hp charger I will not buy hp again

I was looking for an adapter without paying a fortune for my laptop, I somehow couldn’t locate mine. I purchased this and it works great . Guess what , I found my other adapter. I decided to keep the one I purchased separately from my laptop. Better to be safe than sorry. If one happens to “ stop “ working I have another on hand.

My granddaughter misplaced her Adapter and I could not find one at any of our local stores, so ordered one from BestBuy and was pleased.

Keeping me charged up, My old cord had some bends and I was worried it would stop working at thw wrong time
