I started searching for a replacement battery for my Toshiba laptop. I was concerned because I heard Toshiba laptops are no longer being manufactured and was hoping they still had batteries available. I was relieved to find this one. I checked and rechecked the model #. When it arrived, I noticed it was black instead of my original silver. I did have a little difficulty installing it and was afraid it didn't fit..but I realigned it and it worked perfectly. I haven't tested how long it does hold a charge, but I am certain it hold it at least as long as the original, which was about an hour.

Though I was disappointed that the battery was not in my local Best Buy store, I did deeply appreciate the in-depth assistance provided by my local stores staff.
