Keep your product protected by extending your current Best Buy Protection coverage (which is about to expire). During your coverage period, if your product has a covered failure that isn’t covered under the manufacturer warranty, Best Buy will provide you with a repair, replacement or store credit. You can file up to two covered claims every 12 months, each subject to a service fee. Here are more details about your current coverage:
- If you accidentally damage your product while handling it, we'll take care of it.: Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you're covered if the unexpected happens.
- If your hard drive stops working, we'll repair it.: We'll cover the cost of repair if your hard drive fails through normal use. Does not include Data Recovery.
- If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, we'll correct it.: If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your picture looking like new.
- If there's a failure from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it.: This could be a problem with an internal part or speaker, or how the product was manufactured. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
- If your product won’t turn on because of a power surge, we'll fix it.: If there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product, we'll make things right. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
- When something goes wrong, we're always here to help.: Visit your local Best Buy store to start a claim, or call us at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) to ask questions about your plan.
