This house is a Rental for us, but we still cannot live without smart Home features. These door locks affordability/quality was a great choice for us so 1# we’re done with this chapter of this Rental they will be left behind for someone else to enjoy. These door locks have great features but on app is easy to use and the quality is unmatched and affordable price you cannot beat.

I like having multiple ways to unlock the door, including fingerprint, keypad, app, and backup key. The app is easy to use, and being able to create temporary access codes for family or visitors is a great feature. The lock feels sturdy, looks great on my front door, and gives me extra peace of mind. Overall, it’s a great value and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home security.

The lock is easy to install, but a bit cumbersome to set up. After set up it did what it said it would but there is no WIFI connection and therefore no Alexa driven commands. It's a deadbolt with some auto features.

This is a full featured lock with easy installation! I did contact DESLOC support with an issue, but they were able to quickly resolve and remedy. Great customer support!

Love having this. Makes the vacation home easily accessible to anyone in the family with thumbprint and access codes. Gives all users visibility of who arrived, if it’s locked and open/close. Recommend for sure!

This is a good product for a reasonable price . I had been looking for a smart lock for a long time . It was easy to install and so far no problems with the app

Excellent value for the price.Replacing the existing manual deadbolt was a breeze. Good buy, but I recommend you look at bundles for this lock, with handle, G2 gateway, etc. before you purchase.

The quality if this lock is good and easier to use. Took around 45 minutes to install.

I have yet to install the locks, however the packaging was horrible, two boxes taped together wrapped in a black plastic bag. It was very dusty and dirty too. I think the locks my be okay, that is for this weekend to find out, so I can't rate the actual locks, just the shipper, I would never buy from him again. It wasn't shipped through Best Buy. Since I have to pick, I will say no on recommendation, but want to clarify that I would not recommend the seller.

It doesn't really work properly.. Doesn't lock automatically when use fingerprints or app, only unlocks.
