A: :Yes, I finally got it to work with my NB-13L battery after Best Buy chat person told me two different times different chargers would work. They did not. This is despite Answer comments said they would not work. Maybe believe the users first? There are a lot of products and the Best Buy chat reps probably do not really know all about everything. Anyway, buyer be ware and they refunded the wrong sent charges and sent me UPS return labels. Very frustrating, but they made things right.. The final charger I received was a Universal Batter Charger Digipower RF-TC-U450. Instructions to hook up were okay, but a picture of hooking up two movable contacts to 4 battery contacts would of been better. It is hard to see, but there is a + and - on my new battery, not on my old battery. The + and - is on the battery on the front above the end contacts. Match up the first and third battery contacts, + and - to the two charger contacts. . Push the battery in a little and close the slider on the charger snug on the battery. Plug the charger into the outlet and the lights will flash. First light is solid and as the battery charges the second, then third, then fourth light SHOULD stop flashing and turn solid as the battery charging goes to 100%. My charger only had the first two lights solid and the last two were still flashing. The battery and charger were warm, but when inserted into my Canon camera, the battery was fully charged,
