Agents Hector and Kevin are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They disconnected my home theater system, removed wall mounted speakers and screen. These two are an asset to Geek Squad. Keep up good work!

I remember the man who came to my house was a very polite and attentive person. He took down my 65" tv from the wall and packed it into the box I had kept for it from my basement. He did not rush, but packed my tv with care. I hope that when I finally need that tv to be re mounted on the wall, he will be coming to my door.

I had multiple items to be removed from different rooms in my home for recycling along with plenty of cords. Josh even went into the attic. I appreciated Josh's knowledge and thoroughness to get it all done. He also made sure that I knew how to work the technology that I kept. Thank you, Josh and the Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad service was excellent. The 2 installers were very knowledgeable and hid all the wires so it looks perfect

Yeah It only takes two minutes to take something down that’s not right. The right TV was installed eventually on November 23something. This has been an ongoing problem with this Greeley store. The geek squad probably really is not to blame it’s poor customer service general manager of the store and a manager was involved in trying to get this straightened out and it took forever. I would not recommend the Greeley Best Buy store at all.

The agent appeared at my door at the VERY MINUTE of the scheduled time and preceded to quickly and efficiently install and move my three TVs. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I will certainly call on him again.

I had the sound bar removed from off the big TV. The guys did a great job.

New TV delivered. Took old one out and installed new one. Used existing wall bracket from 8 year old Samsung. Did a great job. I will never attempt to do this myself, Get it done right the 1st time. Geek Squad is the best

Geek squad did exactly what I expected, with the care and expertise I've come to expect. Used the squad to install, now uninstall and will use the squad to reinstall at new location. They packed everything in original boxes (yes I remembered to keep them), bundled all the wiring so not to lose anything. Great job.
