I purchased a $1,099 DJI drone from Best Buy, and the package was stolen after it was left unattended at my home. When I contacted Best Buy, I expected them to help investigate or work toward a resolution. Instead, my claim was denied, and I was simply told to contact the police. I understand porch theft is a real problem, but as a customer who spent over $1,000, I expected much better support. Requiring customers to deal with the consequences of an unattended delivery, especially for such an expensive item, is disappointing. The dispute process was frustrating, communication was minimal, and I was left feeling like no one was willing to take responsibility or work with me toward a fair resolution. Based on this experience, I will think twice before making another high-value purchase from Best Buy. If you order expensive items from them, I strongly recommend choosing an option that requires a signature or picking the item up in-store.

At this price point you cannot go wrong. The only thing that would make this drone better is a second thermal camera
