This drone is so easy to use and good for beginners. I have the DJI mini 3 but I wanted a smaller drone to bring on vacation. The app connected to the drone effortlessly and the picture/video quality was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The app makes this thing automatic!!! It follows great and is fast. The batteries are small and run out quick to keep the weight down but you get 3! It's so user friendly using the remote is almost too easy! Worth every penny and more!

The DJI Neo 2 is a travelers most convenient camera to use while on the go. Its a bit nerve racking when you use it fir the first time but when you start to trust its sensor capabilities, it’s so much fun. I recommend using it at home before traveling to adjust the setting and get acquainted with the equipment.

This is such a nice drone specially for those who want to try to fly a drone. Very easy to navigate and has a very very good camera quality. We brought this drone to Bali, Indonesia for our vacation and it was so amazing.

The vendor creates their own return policy which goes against the listed Best Buy policy "Unless noted otherwise, products (“Marketplace Products”) shipped from or sold by a third-party seller (“Marketplace Sellers”) have the same Standard return policy as products sold from Best Buy." and refuses to accept returns when a product is opened. Nowhere in this product page does it state that the product can't be returned if opened. This is failure to disclose - a deceptive omission and unfair and deceptive trade practice.
