I was in the market for a drone to purchase as a gift. I knew NOTHING when I started. I called a friend that is familiar with them, and he suggested starting with the DJI Neo 2. He likes the follow feature, hand controls, and versatility or ways to control it (phone, hand, goggles, iPad, remote control, etc.) I went ahead and purchased it, and the gift recipient (52 year old male) has been like a kid at Christmas since! He’s researching accessories, testing heights (it goes way higher than I expected), watching YouTube videos and more. I think I nailed it! :)

I have been waiting to get a user friendly drone and this one from DJI was hands down the one specially made for newbies like me. The features, the settings, the weight, size and ease of use were exactly what Im looking for. And I highly recommended for new vloggers, and for people who love to capture nature, in the most creative way possible

Works well for whay it is. Easy to use and setup features alot of the movement like other dronesnfrom dji. But battery life is shorter with my experience. I use it for quick clips sp planning ahead helps. Otherwise a good product.

Does everything I've expected, and easy to setup and fly great gift for beginners

I have 2 drones DJI Mini 4 Pro and the DJI NEO 2. The NEO 2 is my selfie drone. I love this drone. You can use it as a regular drone or selfie drone.

I like the user friendly control. the only complain is the actual flying time is only 11~ 12 minutes when fully charged and the charging time is too long for waiting.
