The best purchase I’ve ever made. This comes from a third party seller, the unit I received didn’t work out of the box. After reaching out to DJI’s tech support, they said it was a hardware issue. I spoke with Best Buy’s tech support that said I could bring it back for a refund, which I did. And there was no hassle from BB. So I appreciate that. However it wasn’t until I received this did I realize how much I would’ve over paid if it wasn’t broken. It comes with 2 additional mics, that you can’t use with the setup you get AND a micro SD card that was too slow to write on from the camera. All for $300 above other setups. Save yourself some money and do not buy this bundle. Total ripoff. Best Buy, why would you allow your customers to be preyed upon like this…..

I was unable to use it as it gave serial number locked error message. I spent a week with tech support trying to unlock it before ultimately returning it before the window closed. Buy directly from DJI as this is a known issue for 3rd party sellers.

I love my dji! I got the creator pack. I ordered this during the snow storm and it still came on time the only thing is the SD card that cames with it is the wrong one. the right SD card that you need is the sandisk extreme pro v30 but other than that i love it ! <3
