Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased the DJI RS 4 to improve the quality of my event videos, and it has exceeded my expectations. The stabilization is excellent, balancing is quick and straightforward, and the battery easily lasts through long shoots. The controls are intuitive, and it has quickly become one of the most valuable pieces of gear in my camera bag. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, the RS 4 is a reliable tool that delivers professional results.

The DJI RS 4 has been a huge upgrade for my workflow. Setup is fast, balancing is straightforward, and once it’s dialed in the footage looks incredibly smooth. The stabilization feels locked in even when moving quickly, and it handles real world shooting without constant re tuning. What I love most is how efficient it makes production. It’s quick to get up and running, the controls are intuitive, and it’s comfortable to hold for longer takes. It also pairs really well with heavier camera setups, which gives you confidence when you’re shooting paid work and need consistent results. If you shoot video regularly and want that polished cinematic movement without fighting your gear, the RS 4 is absolutely worth it.

As a cinematographer, I don’t have the luxury of standing still. I’m running, pivoting, chasing moments that don’t wait for me to catch up. Getting a shot that feels fluid, deliberate, and cinematic under those conditions? Impossible, unless your stabilizer can pull its weight, literally and figuratively. That’s why the DJI RONIN RS4 isn’t optional in my kit, it’s the spine of it. This gimbal takes the abuse of constant movement, keeps a heavy rig balanced without begging for mercy, and delivers smooth tracking that makes chaos look like choreography. I might look like I’m sprinting blind, but you’d never know it from the footage. Five stars, no hesitation. If you’re serious about stabilization and need a system that can comfortably carry 6.5 lbs of glass and body without folding on you, the RS4 is the buy. Don’t overthink it. Don’t second-guess it. Just invest, and thank me later.

i upgraded from the RS3 Mini to the RS4 because my lens was a bit too heavy for the rs3 mini and im very happy with my purchase. Ive been using this product for around a month now and have had 0 issues, it handles my camera and lens smooth as butter and the battery is extreely long lasting. I would reccomend this to any intermediate videographer without a doubt.

I was going to purchase this gimbal at full price and noticed there was an open box one. I inspected it and made sure everything was up to par. Long story short I saved myself a few $$ and couldn’t have been happier with the product.

This gimbal holds a surprising amount of weight and has amazing features. Having the ability to fine tune each motors speed and sensitivity is so huge and having the balancing guide is really cool. It took me a while to get the footage I was looking for out of this gimbal but I learned that it takes practice as does any gimbal. It can support my big Canon R6ii with a 2.8 70-200 with no issues. Something that most gimbals can not do. I will be sticking with DJI this time.

I want to drop a line and share my absolute excitement about my recent purchase – the DJI RS 4! Seriously, this thing is a dream come true. Let's be real, I think the marketing inspired me to make sure I got this particular RS 4. It's the best one, no question about it. We're already inseparable lol, and I can tell we're going to make some amazing things happen together. But beyond the sheer awesomeness of the gimbal itself, I really wanted to give a shout-out to you guys at Best Buy. Your product knowledge and willingness to share it were invaluable. It made the decision so much easier, and I truly appreciate the time you took to help me out. Consider me a very happy customer! Thanks again for everything.

This is my first gimble. The DJI Ronin RS4 is an amazing contraption. Balance your camera right, set it up the way that works for you and it’s amazing. I currently have a canon r50 with a canon RF 24-105 F/4L IS USM lens, with the DJI zoom mounted, DJI Mic 2 and I love it. Don’t hesitate and if you plan to use a photo/video camera the RS4 is more than enough, you’ll never exceed 6.6 pounds. Nor would you want to with a humble like this, if you do, you’d want a Ronin cage style gimble that’s bigger and distributes the weight better.

The DJI Ronin RS4 handles my Sony FX30 flawlessly! no balance issues at all. Setup is quick, and balancing is a breeze. My favorite feature by far is the auto-locking mechanism is a total game changer! It lets me move between shots much faster without worrying about rebalancing or setup delays.

Great for filmmakers or small creators. Very versatile gimbal and easy to use once you get the hang of it. I've been using DJI's products for years and they continue to amaze me. Only thing I wish it had was compatibility with Lidar Pro but only the Pro model has that

Works great with the Nikon ZR / 50mm lens. Highly recommend.

I bought This Dji SR4 couple days ago and was enough for making decision to say everything the best about this product. All about this is perfect!

Love this product! Just used it at 2 different events and have absolutely no complaints

This gimbal helps me out a lot because it smooth out my video quality if use premium it’s very good build in general I love it. it less up to 12 hours of battery life

Awesome! Much better than rs 4 mini for my camera set Sony A7iv + tamron 28-200

This thing is just have for video makers. Super smooth shots with this thing

It’s definitely one of the most interesting and useful products for DJs, the results during recording look much more professional. However, it has so many modes and handling options that it can be a bit tricky to operate at first. Still, practice makes perfect!

This a very well made stabilizer, new functions made it easier to use.

Good quality and im very satisfied.................

User friendly, the weight of the product along with your device can be somewhat hard to manage with long events, but all in all performs well.
