Anytime I go to Geek Squad at the store or they come to my home, the Agent is polite, helpful and whatever isn't working correctly by the time I leave the store or the Agent is finished my electronics are working great. Geek Squad is the first call I make when I have an issue, THEY ARE GREAT, THANKS ALOT!!

After buying a new laptop there was and installation that was causing some confusion with the security of the system. Not only was it an easy fix but the agent took the time to show me how to make sure everything was secure should there be any conflict in the future.

Geek Squad is great. They know their business, very thorough in what they do. Also listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I'm not very computer savvy but the Geek Squad is only a phone call away.

As a technological Luddite, having the Geek Squad handy gives me peace of mind. Usually need for lost printer connections but with recent upgrade to new wi-fi tv no doubt will require help there at some time in the future too.

Geek Squad gave us a four hour window visit to help install our HP 6978 Printer all in one, and was here the beginning of the first hour. Very impressed. The Tech Xuyen (Sing) was very courteous, friendly, professional, and went through every aspect of the installation, and we were very impressed. Xuyen (Sing) left his business card in case we had questions after he left.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS HERE WHEN SCHEDULED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRINTER I HAD, AND UNDERSTANDING THAT I WAS NOT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AS MOST PEOPLE. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, AND TOLD ME TO CHECK OUT OTHER PRINTERS, AFTER IT WAS DETERMINED MY PRINTER WAS TOAST. HE DID TELL ME ABOUT THE PRINTER, WHICH I DID PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY, AND COMPARED IT TO THE PRINTER I HAD BEEN USING.

Agent arrived timely and did an excellent job cleaning up my systems performance, getting me hooked up with my new router, explaining my printer security protocol (outdated) and syncing my outlook calendar to my IPhone calendar. My positive experience with Geek Squad has led me to be a stronger consumer for Best Buy on other products including appliances and televisions.

I was very pleased with the salespersons knowledge of the product and helping me with the purchase, also the knowledge the geek squad representative showed me and my husband was quite thorough and helped me understand how it worked and installed it expertly, I have the greatest respect for Best Buy and the geek squad. They are always there for me.

. . . in spite of the online scheduling foolishness. No matter what I told the phone center they just couldn't understand what was needed. The agent who arrived not only understand our problem but solved it speedily AND managed to fix the billing error the phone operator wanted to charge us. Can't recommend these onsite agents enough!
