I enjoy ordering from Bestbuy when possible, however this last experience has me concerned. I am a gaming collector. Especially now that companies & corporations are trying to push digital games instead of physical media. Since Microsoft bought Gamestop there definition of "New" game's have been atrocious at least this purchase was shrink wrapped. So to open my mail & receive a shrink wrapped game that has been open & rewrapped is concerning because I paid for a brand new game which is what I expected. I honestly hope this is/was a glitch in the Matrix? After speaking with a customer service rep I was informed that they would have a restock unfortunately since I'm not a member of thier paid membership club now only have 14 days to return this game instead of the 30 days to wait for a restock. Awesome game. Came with cool stickers and other memorably. Definitely worth it if you can get it on sale.
