I really enjoyed Jude Law in this flick. Probably some of his best work no doubt. I thought the film was well crafted, with a good storyline and dialogue, which of course Jude just really brought to life.

Dom Hemingway offers a tour de force performance by Jude Law, and if the rest of the film isn't quite up to Law's standards, that's a small price to pay for the incredible ferocity the actor brings to this role. This is humor at its darkest and therefore may not appeal to those who like more genial punchlines, but one way or the other, Dom Hemingway the character, if not the entire film, is unforgettable. Technical merits here are very strong and Dom Hemingway comes Recommended.

When I first saw the trailer for this movie it looked like a drama with some comedy in it. They got the comedy in, but tried to push the drama aspect and it came out almost pointless. Not a bad movie, just not all that it's chalked up to be.

Movie started off hilarious then get depressing pretty quick. A little over the top for my taste but still a nice piece to the the collection.

One of Jude Law's best performances. At times the movie is a bit over the top, but you won't be bored watching it. Recommended.

The first moment we see Law he is giving a fantastically uncomfortable speech and he never lets us off the hook from that point. I would say the performance is revelatory but I knew he was capable of such show stoppery. As mega as he is here the film keeps up with him too and it's a real pleaser for fans of British crime films with a personality.

I haven't watched this movie yet, but it looks like it should be good.

Characters were great, story was fairly predictable, but was entertaining nonetheless.

Jude Law is hilarious and out of his mind in this role. If you enjoyed Snatch or Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, you will enjoy this flick.

Save your money and don't get this film, there are a lot of other films worth your time and money....this is not one of them. Not the worst movie I have ever seen but far from a good film.

I saw the trailer for this movie and it grabbed my interest. After watching it, it was very different from what I expected. Not a terrible film, not great either though.

Language is so overblown it actually has shock value all by itself. Maybe the Brits will like this one but a tough swallow for the Yank crowd.

This movie is a bit over the top but that is what makes it fun. Take a chance you just might like it!
