The “boss” was unhappy that our oven was set in a brick wall -even tho the consultant documented that fact on the initial visit and paperwork, it seemed it was a surprise. Extra work and cost was required, and a bigger mess due to sawing bricks. A 27” oven came out and a 27” oven went in with difficulty and a second visit the following day. The end result is satisfactory.

Charlie not only did an expert job on the install of our combo wall oven, but he was great to work with. He knows his job and is a good listener and problem solver. Plus, is is very careful with the cargo! He kept in touch with me frequently by phone and text. Removed the old oven, enlarged the space for the new oven, and very carefully installed the new oven. He was extra careful with the electrical connects, and he made sure everything worked before he left. The oven is working fine, too, a month later!

I was unexpected pleased by the technicians that helped deliver and install our new wall oven. After considering the electrical connections that were needed due my original oven, the technicians that installed our new oven made the necessary adjustments, plus took extra care in installing the new appliance professionally and with great care and precision. We were very pleased with their service.

Quick and professional service. Installers noticed upon removing old double oven that it was not installed with an electrical box and wires were just coming out of the wall. This is a fire hazard and they took the time to cut the hole and install the box for the wiring and ensure it was installed correctly and to code!

I was disappointed with having a BestBuy person measure the space for the oven microwave and then the delivered oven/microwave was much smaller than the space. We needed an oven for Thanksgiving so we took delivery but if it was not urgent I would have sent it back. We had to build a frame around the microwave/oven to fill the space. Not to mention the smaller oven does not hold as much. See picture. So not only did I get the incorrect size which was measured by Best Buy, it is much smaller than previous oven and caused more work for building the frame.

MN Plumbing and Heating Just wanted to update you a the horrible experience I had with the oven installer. First he came in to my home and asked where is the damage? My husband had just walked around the corner and I was putting my dog out the patio door. He yells where's the damage? With a rude off tone. So I said in the same tone you need to wait a second. Then told him don't come in my house yelling. The next words out of his mouth are I'm already concerned about this install because it's such a "cheap oven". That they are so cheap they are a 5 on a scale of 1-10. I should of spend $300 more to get a better oven. What! Really!

I’ve worked with the same installers on this kitchen upgrade since the beginning. Highly professional and job was done correctly. Unfortunately had to exchange our first oven since it wasn’t working properly. (Bad Fan). The oven works great and love the Viking Line of appliances.

Dan was prompt, efficient, and professional. We appreciated his contacting us before his arrival, following safety protocols and working quickly. He took special care to ensure he cleaned up his area and explained the basics regarding the oven before leaving.

I bought a Double Oven 770 lbs. I was scared to death as I also have a brand new Kitchen. So one false move and the cabinet would chip, a New Granite Counter would chip and a New Tile floor would crack. Well 2 very large and very nice and very strong men showed and calmed me down. 1-2-3 and it works like charm. Amazing work

I was in need of a new coffee maker so I chose the Ninja because I have other Ninja products that I like very much. I am not a big coffee drinker so haven’t used it very much but so far so good and I am pleased.

I was replacing a single oven and microwave with a double oven. Esteban was able to remove the trim and shelf easily with a jig saw. The hole from the old JennAir was larger than what GE needed, so we repurposed the trim (oak) and the finished look is perfect!

Install crew arrived on time, removed the old unit, and installed the new double oven in a timely manner, all while complying with face covering / distancing requirements. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

The installation went well including the safety measures being followed due to COVID-19. The installer took the extra step to explain how to operate my new oven also. I highly recommend this team and option.

The wall oven looks amazing. The installation crew did a wonderful job. They took their time and they even figured out why the bottom unit wasn’t working correctly. We appreciate that very much.

I was initially told that my old oven could not come out which meant that my new oven was not going in. I began to pray. At the end of the day my new double wall oven was in place. Amen!!!!

Great Installer named Kenta. Out of box installed and ready to use in 30 seconds. Would definitely recommend definitely worth the money for getting in the wall.

The installers were professional, neat and did a great job installing my double wall oven. Kept me notified of their arrival time and showed up within the time frame given.

We were very pleased with the professional service. In addition, they were patient and courteous with any questions we had regarding our new appliances.

They arrived when the said they would. They delivered the new oven, removed the old and quickly installed the new oven. Cleaned everything up afterwards, looks good and everything works.

Loved this product, user friendly, quiet during operation and bakes evenly being convection oven. It cooks down after each use. Loved its look too.
