I purchased this chair due to the description that it is "big and tall". The photos also give it the appearance that it is a big chair. After assembling the chair, it doesn't quite match the appearance in the photo and it appears "taller" than it is "big". While I am not big in the sense that I'm overweight, I've spent many years in the gym and have a wider back than the average person. Thus, I was expecting this chair to be able to accommodate my upper torso. Unfortunately that is not the case. The back rest is very narrow, and my "lats" span the width of the entire back rest just beneath the shoulder wings. It's very uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I do still like the chair overall. In which case, I have added a memory foam pad to the back rest so that my back does not sit in the recessed portion of the back rest. The chair otherwise has a very comfortable seat, and I appreciate that the seat is parallel to the floor rather than having a slope, which is an uncomfortable position for me due to my height. The 4D arm rests function exactly as I expect, and the arm rests themselves are comfortable. The reclining feature is the best feature overall, which is the reason why I prefer gaming chairs. There's nothing like a mid-afternoon 10 min power nap when I get drowsy during the work day. And speaking of work, I have sat in this chair for a full work day several times, and apart from the narrow back rest, I have not found the chair to be fatiguing. But I do find that the narrow backrest was a poor design choice, if not entirely an oversight. I have otherwise owned three other gaming chairs (one of them "ergonomic") before this one, and the narrow back rest has never been a problem with the previous chairs. For this reason I can only give this chair 3 stars, especially considering it is labeled as "big and tall". I would recommend this product only for someone who does not have a wider back. I also want to call out the packaging and overall build quality of the chair. I have assembled many office chairs over the years, even more expensive premium models. However, none of them have ever been packed and organized extremely well. The manufacturing is also top notch and all the parts aligned perfectly with precision and no misaligned drill holes. While I dropped the chair down to 3 stars for the back rest, I'm adding back a star as a kudos to Dowinx for their careful attention to packaging and precision build.
