The seat is to firm, the chair itself cracks and pops constantly and is just noisy overall.

Gift for my girlfriend

Not a bad chair at all, having many features like heating or massage pad and the extra leg room was great for my girlfriend and she set it all up by herself
I would recommend this to a friend
