Dragon Quest III is honestly the first title for the Ederick series. I have to be honest i truly am loving the 2D HD remake style of this game. You honestly do not need a full blown trilogy remake of this game like another title that Square Enix is working on finishing. To me this graphic style is perfect for the game. The music has been perfectly done also. Adding voices to the game in certain situation fits perfectly. Gameplay has been perfectly done. Also, it is easy to get used to the battle system, picking which type of battle you want each or all characters to perform. Plus, you can speed up the battles so the game doesn’t drag on. All the little quality of life fixes and add on they did perfectly. If you are a true fan of the series, you truly should buy this game even if you wait for it to go on sale. I would love to see the rest of the first seven games redone this way this is truly awesome. I love seeing how companies are finally bringing back the older role-playing games back with a new coat of paint. It doesn’t have to be a full blown high and graphic style to make it good. Again, I truly recommend this for all Dragon Quest fans out there.

I love the 2D-HD graphics! I almost wish they weren't as stretched out as the other games using this art style. Gameplay is on point and a great upgrade over the iOS version.

Some dlc to help you out, I liked it. Gives you an edge in the beginning

I am so glad I pre-ordered this classic and got these extra bits. The Elevating Shoes mad a huge difference in starting a new quest. Made this remake even more funnthan the original was when I played it as a kid.

A pre order bonus that isn't really needed for the game. But has one good item to speed up leveling.

Makes the game too easy. Play without it. You just zoom through the first big portion of the game without needing to even pay attention to what you're doing

It was free so can't complain too much, but not super useful

I work for Best Buy and this is the 4th time I didn't get my pre-order bonus due to one reason or another. Amazing game though highly recommend it.
