The Switch version works really well, no slow downs and looks beautiful on the handheld. The hand crafted diorama look really meshes well with the adventurous story and lively characters.

Dragon Quest VII is an iconic game in the franchise with a good story and memorable towns and battles. This game is a brand new 3D remake design that lets you explore the game all over again with a simpler version similar to the 3DS DQVII game. The game has a lot of new features and new ways to play the game, as well as amazing graphics. The Switch version lets you take this game on the go and you don't have to have it connected to a TV set to play with the handheld system. The game is long and will take about 60-80 hours to complete the story, and there is bonus content afterwards for people who are completionists.

For those that played the original DQ 7 know that this game was longer and had more DLC but had major pacing issues. The remake has better quality of life improvements and visual improvements across the board at the cost of some content being cut from the finished product. If your new to series than your not losing anything, but if you played the original and are adamant about all the content being available, this may be a pass for you

The graphics are a claymation style game. The music is awesome and fits perfectly into the game just like the original one. Yes, they cut out some of the story and added game life improvements, making the game a lot easier or more challenging, depending on the gamer. This is awesome just the other dragon quest games that were made. All Dragon Quest fans should not miss this one.

This is a remake of Dragon Quest 7. They use a unique graphic style where the characters almost look doll like. It is a long game, but it is a good one. If you like RPGs don't miss one of the top RPG games. Dragon Quest games are high numbered because they are good. This is one of the great ones. A classic remade for a new generation to try.

Beautiful game, the gameplay is almost 1:1 with the 3DS game. Fun and sprawling story perfect for picking up and putting down at night. Kiefer does look like Matt Damon in Team America, it's horrific, I love it.

After playing Dragon Quest 1-3 HD as well as DQXI I knew I had to get this game and am very happy doing so. Very fun and addictive like with the previous games and well worth getting.

Best Dragon Quest in series. Own all Dagon Quest games. Enjoy playing all of them.

One of the best DQ Games Remakes that I have played.

As a person who played this on the Ps1 I love this remake. The only complaint I have is the content removed from the original in the remake. Here is hoping they restore it with a patch.
