Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently got the Dreame GoVac 400 Complete Robot Vacuum and Mop in black, and it has completely transformed my daily cleaning routine. With a massive 13KPa suction power, this machine picks up everything from fine dust to stubborn debris and crumbs in a single pass. What really sets this model apart is its hands-free convenience. The auto-empty base and self-cleaning mop system work seamlessly together, meaning I barely have to touch the dirty water or dustbin for weeks at a time. The smart carpet sensing feature is also spot-on—it accurately detects my rugs, avoids getting them wet while mopping, and automatically boosts suction for a deeper clean. On top of its impressive performance, the included value pack with extra brushes, filters, and mop pads is a fantastic bonus that saves a lot on future maintenance costs. Setup and mapping were quick and effortless, and the sleek black dock looks great in my living room. If you are looking for a powerful, truly automated floor cleaner that handles both hard floors and carpets with ease, the Dreame GoVac 400 is worth every penny. Highly recommended!
