Nightmare customer service
Love the vacuum/mop combo it has really saved me so much time. HATE that I got a defective product and after about a month of use started getting a detergent error. Dreame had me ship me whole unit to back & when they returned my unit back to me that had packaged it so poorly that my vacuum and main unit was dusty and dirty. Had scratches all over each unit because of how they just threw everything back in the box & they have only offered to send refurbished item or a new unit but that’s a downgrade from what I originally purchased. I just don’t feel that is fair when it was their doing and how much we paid for this product. ****last picture is how well I packaged it before sending it to them.

Very Impressed
Very impressed. I have been wanting to buy a combo map and vacuum robot for a long tim now and I’m glad this is the one I bought. This combo robot works very well and I’m a big fan of the app interface to control it. Previously I used a Roomba but this is miles above that, especially for the price. I love that you can adjust settings like suction power and mop wetness. It is awesome at obstacle detection and avoidance. The setup is easy and fairly quick. Currently I have zero regrets about this purchase.
