Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have had my Dreame X50 Ultra for a few weeks now, and so far I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. I did a lot of research before making this purchase, and I am very happy with my decision. I am hoping it continues to perform this well for many years to come. It has already mapped and is regularly cleaning the entire first floor of our home, and I am amazed at how well it vacuums and mops our hardwood floors. Next, we are going to have it map our second floor. Once our basement remodel is complete, I plan to occasionally move it downstairs for cleaning there as well. I am looking forward to really learning the Dreamehome App and building out all three levels of our home. We have even given our X50 Ultra a name: Carly. She has quickly become a family team member rather than an employee, and she is definitely earning her keep! I also purchased the additional accessory kit so that I have extra mop pads, brushes, filters, dust bags, and other cleaning supplies on hand. I want to maintain Carly properly and hopefully keep her performing like new for a long time. One thing that really surprised me was a little test we did. We let Carly clean our hardwood floors first. Later, we had a professional cleaning service at the house doing some additional cleaning, and they also cleaned the hardwood floors. When they finished, the water they dumped out was only slightly cloudy. By comparison, the first dirty-water tank we emptied from Carly was considerably dirtier. That really showed me just how much dirt the Dreame X50 Ultra had already removed from floors that we certainly didn't think were that dirty! So far, I am extremely pleased with the cleaning performance, mapping, automation, and overall quality of the Dreame X50 Ultra. I'm excited to get all three floors mapped and continue exploring everything Carly can do in the app. A very impressive machine and, based on my first few weeks, a purchase I am extremely happy with. Carly is officially part of the family team!

I really like this vacuum with mop Function. Can clean high rugs also. Is quiet.
