After extensive research, this is the best robot vacuum the market has to offer. My home is finally pet hair free. Pros: Insane suction, genuinely slim enough to reach under furniture nothing else can, and the dock basically runs itself. Con: Pricey — and you'll need to budget for Dreame's proprietary cleaning solution on top of it.

I bought this less than a month ago. This Monday the wheel motor on one side stopped working. I went through every process to see if I could get it to work again or to see if there was debris or hair stuck. Nothing was there. I provided all of the data to the company and they want me to ship it back before replacing. I don't have the box anymore, (and it is huge), so I don't have a way to ship back before being able to get a replacement. Most places take CC#, send a replacement and only charge if you don't send the broken one back. I am at a loss for what to do. Also, I only get one response per day in the morning, so it has been 4 days of trying to get this utterly broken machine replaced. For this price, this shouldn't be the case. Not the wheel motor breaking within a month, not the slow customer service, none of it. As an aside to that, the mop barely gets wet (and I adjusted) and barely does anything. It also worked the first time and now doesn't...... Go with Roborock. I have that one upstairs where there is carpet and hair and it is running amazingly. There is also tile up there that it mops and it does really well.

Very reliable and user friendly. Definitely better choice
