I’m very disappointed with this return experience. I purchased a Dreo item through Best Buy and assumed I’d have a normal return window (I’ve been used to 30 days at many retailers). When I tried to return it, I was told it was past 15 days so Best Buy wouldn’t accept it. A manager told me to contact Dreo, but when I reached out, Dreo told me they couldn’t help because the order was sold through Best Buy/Best Buy Marketplace (so they said they can’t process the return on their side). I ended up stuck in the middle with no solution. If Best Buy is going to sell Marketplace items, the checkout and receipt should make it very clear that: 1. returns may be limited to 15 days, 2. membership/extended returns don’t apply to Marketplace items, and 3. who is actually responsible for the return if there’s an issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration and confusion with the return process. We understand how disappointing it is to be caught between the retailer and the manufacturer, and we appreciate your feedback about the clarity needed for Marketplace returns.
Please contact our DREO support team again at the email address provided in your manual or by searching "DREO support" on Google. We have reviewed your situation and will make a special exception to help resolve your issue, even though the purchase was made through Best Buy Marketplace.
