The volume key for increasing the volume does not fit well. I removed the case few times to adjust the fit but it didn't work. So, I have to increase the volume by touch screen. Very inconvenient. The screen protect is nothing but very thin flimsy film like a plastic bag. Its protecting only dust. If the mobile will fall it will crack the screen. The phone case is ok. I don't know if it is hard enough and I am not going let my mobile fall. I will buy a different case with strong protector or I will have have to buy another screen protector because it is nothing and making my phone look very cheap. So disappointed.
