Q: can i use book shelf speakers on my television if not what can i use other than home theater system
A: These speakers connect using speaker wire connections. In my experience, no TVs have speaker wire outputs on them. Your best bet is going to be finding out what type of audio out connections the TV has and finding speakers that also have that type of connection. Normally, computer speakers can connect to most TVs using the 3.5mm headphone connection.
