A: The sofa came in four boxes delivered by FedEx the same day. I don't think there's an option for them to be assembled by the company. The assembly was straightforward. Just make sure you look at the letters on each piece and light them up accordingly and you will have no issues.

Beautiful well made sofa on a budget
I found this sofa on a few different websites. Best Buy absolutely had the best value. I was afraid to order a sofa without any reviews. I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. All four packages arrived on time the same day. After bringing the boxes inside and unpacking, my heart sunk. It didn't look like my dream sofa. I was sure the back cushions weren't going to expand. Once I opened the cushion packages everything started plumping right up. This is a very large sofa for my small house, but that was the only option to get two ottomans. I'm storing the fourth section. This sofa was pretty straight forward to assemble. Pay attention to the letters marked on each piece and you won't have any problems. It took under an hour to unpack and assemble. My son purchased a $4,000 sofa from PB and this $700 sofa is beautiful and well made. All the cushions are removable and washable. The seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. This sofa is amazing and looks beautiful in my home.
