Q: My Dyson will not keep a charge. What could be the problem? Do I need to buy a new charging dock? It seems to be working fine but is soon as I turn it on it will heat up and die instantly.

A: It does not hold its charge, 2-3 mins into the use it dies instantly.

Q: Hello, I couldn’t figure out to turn off the airplane mode on my new duaon straightner. The videos available on you tube are on old model so it’s not helping. I just received my straightner yesterday and charged it.
