We made the decision to purchase three of these for our two story home! Although, two may have worked, we decided to keep on specifically for the master bedroom. Living in Arizona and having a fiance that struggles with allergies, it was a no-brainer! We purchased during Black Friday and going on 6 months, they are doing exactly what we intended them for! Cutting down on dust dramatically and helping reduce the daily allergy medication! Quiet enough almost not notice it in the room and doesn't bother our little pooch either! We monitor, through the MyDyson App, the quality of the air and the lifespan of the hepa filter. Dyson warranties then for 1 year, which is about right. We also purchased three additional filters on discount for $49.99 so when the time comes to swap, we're ready! Overall, very pleased with Dyson, we have many of their products and they stand behind their name!

This product was such a cool purchase, it looks super sexy when displayed in any home environment, it's super quiet like all Dyson products. It's very efficient and my favorite part is that it connects to an app that Dyson has which monitors the surrounding city environment that you're in outside as well as your apartment. It is definitely a luxury item to have, however, I think that it genuinely does the same things an air purifier or fan would do but in a much quieter, sleeker design. Its great for anyone looking to level up the aesthetic of their environment, its a great gift for a recent grad or master's student (like me). Would I drop $500 on it if I had it lying around, absolutely... are there also other things I might purchase before buying this...definitely. If you are looking to add a statement fan into your living space this is great... otherwise its just a VERY expensive investment. I absolutely love this air filter and fan. It is a bit on the pricey side but then again, Dyson is just how it goes with pricing for all their products. They are luxury items but they do last very long time and therefore you don’t have to replace them to get new ones all the time, so realistically if you’re looking for a long-term investment, then I would suggest Dyson and this one in general it’s cool that it adds the Wi-Fi connect ability and the app connectability be sure that you turn off your Wi-Fi’s 5.4 GHz Internet as it will only apply and connect to the older slower one so I believe it’s 2.5 GHz. You can find this information on how to do this in your manual or just search online for your particular model how to pause or turn off 5.4 GHz this is only necessary during pairing. Once it’s paired and on the network you won’t have any issues and can turn your network on back to the way it was. The app shows how you can have the air quality feature for this device and use and tells you how good the air quality is as well as the temperature and the moisture level. If the air quality is poor, then you can turn it on auto mode, and the fan and filter will take care of itself until the room that it’s in is purified, and in good quality air again. If you’re in the market for an air filter, I honestly do recommend this as I sleep better and my sinuses are much better. It also has a magnetic remote that attaches to the top as seen in the picture. This is pretty handy and you won’t lose it this way plus it links with Alexa and you can just voice activate it or use the Dyson app without the remote.

I️ this got during the fires in Napa, Sonoma & Santa Rosa. The smoke was really bad and this helped with the air, plus helped cool my room with all the windows and doors that were kept closed . Thank you Dyson!

[Employee of bestbuy] I leave it on all day to circulate and purify, even in summer my room stays at a reasonable temperature thanks to this fan. The low power consumption keeps my room well circulated and not stuffy at all. I also feel it’s cleaner air because I don’t see any dusty fans like a normal fan. Love the Wi-Fi feature for when I’m lazy.

We leave our purifier set on the Auto function. It will then kick on every time the air quality gets less than good. Very easy to set up. The included screen shot is from cooking a large breakfast one morning. It took about 2 hours to get back to Green "Good". No more lingering food smells in the house. Love the functionality and the app. I have recommended this to several friends!

Super easy setup. Already got it working in my bedroom. If you’re setting it with the MyDyson app (formerly known as Dyson Link as it was referred to in the instructions manual), make sure your VPN (if you have one) is disabled or that will interfere in the setup. I had to try 4-5 times before getting it to connect. The app lets you see air quality, room temperature, and humidity over time. The remote control attaches magnetically to the top of the fan part, so it already has its own spot which is nice as well

I have not noticed that the filter removes any cooking odors so I'm not sure what odors are being removed from the home. The fan makes just as much noise as any other fan as a matter of fact there are less expensive tower fans that are much quieter. I have 3, (2 w filters), Dyson fans and none of them really cool a hot room you literally have to sleep directly in front them up close. An entire hot room never cools. If it's cool indoors then the fan blows cool, but then what's the point. Fortunately, I never paid full price for my fans or I would have been majorly disappointed. I gave it 3 stars on design alone. Another thing worth noting is that often the remote falls off.

Overall my Dyson has been a great addition to my home especially during these hot Texas summer months, I have 3 dogs so lord knows the amount of fur and dirt in the home can be a little crazy sometimes and that was part of the reason I chose to go with a Dyson for the air purification factor. It’s pretty cool to get to watch the monitoring system and I like the fact that there’s an app where you can use the remote from your phone, if you’re anything like me I lose remotes all the time so that comes in pretty handy

I love this fan, not only is it quiet but it blows cool air. I use to keep my AC on 70 but now with the fan I can keep it at 72-73. I’m thinking I need another one for my bedroom!

I bought the Dyson TP02 Cool Link from another retailer and man, am I relieved that it works as advertised!!! At just under $500 it is a bit pricey but I'm willing to spend what it takes to stay healthy. It does a fantastic job cleaning the air in my home - hair spray smell: gone!; fried food smell: gone!; scents from indoor/table top grill: gone!; spray starch odor from ironing: gone! The Cool Link filters the impurities from the air to the point where it's noticeable. I breathe in and there's no smell. Just clean air. It just works! There is an app from Dyson that you can use optionally with this air purifier and I highly recommend it. It has all the features of the remote control laid out perfectly, plus it gives you information about the air quality in your home and in your neighborhood (if your town provides such data). Temperature and humidity levels are also included. Controlling the Cool Link through the app is a breeze, and the Cool Link responds immediately. And by the way, the app is sooooo beautiful. Very clean, modern design. The Dyson TP02 Cool Link operates quietly at levels 1 through 5 in my opinion, and at levels 6 through 7 it has a soft, swooshing sound. At level 10 it sounds similar to a white noise machine. I would say it's loud at that level but after a while the sound fades into the background - you just don't notice it as much. But there is no need to operate this machine at level 10 constantly. It has an automatic mode and will automatically adjust the levels as it detects impurities in the air. I have another device in my home which monitors air quality (Canary Home Security) and it and the Dyson Cool Link reveal similar results so I know the Dyson is working accurately. I highly recommend this machine!! Thumbs up!!
